Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in managing catering operations, including remote camp environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring top-quality food service and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and support catering staff across multiple shifts, maintaining morale and performance.
  • Manage overall camp operations, including accommodation, dining facilities, and building maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, government authorities (ex: Baladia, FDA compliance with all safety, health, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, procurement, and proper use of supplies.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, training programs, and reporting systems.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth daily functioning of all camp services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing catering services in camp environments or remote locations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
  • Transferable Iqama
