Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions.
Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation to stakeholders, clearly articulating complex concepts.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and resource allocation.
Implement quality control measures to uphold safety and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, integrating innovative practices into project planning and execution.
Utilize advanced software tools for design and analysis, ensuring cutting-edge techniques are employed in project work.
Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and project success.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic background.
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in civil engineering project management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects with successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of local and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
